Package One: 5 hour photo coverage..................……………….… …$2500.
Package includes: Minimum of 250 (unmarked) 4x6 and 5x5 color prints (or a mix of black and white) in a proof book, 8x10 black and white print of your choice, hi-res images burned to CD, all the images on a password protected website for 90-days, assistant if needed.
Package Two: 6 hour photo coverage.......................……….………....$2750.
Package includes: Minimum of 300 (unmarked) 4x6 and 5x5 color prints (or a mix of black and white) in a proof book, 8x10 black and white print of your choice, hi-res images burned to CD, all the images on a password protected website for 90-days, assistant if needed.
Package Three: 7 hour photo coverage.........................……………....$3000.

ENGAGEMENT PHOTO SESSION - $150. + $40. for digital or film expences
PRICES - Effective 2010
TRAVEL TIME - Travel is billed at $50. an hour for travel time over 30 minutes by car from the Boston area. Ask about air travel rates.
OVERTIME - If you want the photographer to stay for additional time to shoot more of the wedding party it can be negotiated. The hourly rate is $250. for photographer and assistant. This includes a minimum of 50 proof prints.
TERMS - We require a $400. deposit to hold your wedding date open. $800. will be paid on or before the day of the wedding. The remainder of the package costs will be paid upon delivery of job. (within 6 weeks of wedding).
LIABILITY - The photographer's liability is limited to a refund of the deposit. In case of illness or accident every effort to supply a suitable substitute will be made.
WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY CONTRACT
*It is understood this studio is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested in this contract.
*No part of any order will be delivered until balances are paid in full.
*The studio reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions for advertising purposes.
*In the event of a postponement or cancellation of the wedding/contract the retainer paid is not refundable.
*The studio takes utmost care with respect to the exposure, development, and delivery of photographs. However, in the event the studio fails to comply with the terms of this contract, due to any event or act outside the control of the studio, the studio's liability is limited to refund of the retainer.
*It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs without the photographer's permission.
